
What does Winter evoke for you? The heavy woodsy scent of those last flickering orange embers in a fireplace? The clean icy frost of snow? For me, winter tends to adopt the olfactory memory of whatever cologne I’m wearing at the time. Last winter will inexorably be linked to the musky Gucci Pour Homme that I wore. The one before that will always contain notes of Kenneth Cole Signature.
This winter, I’ve fallen in love with three different fragrances that I hope to alternate between. I am a bit of a bourgeoning fragrance fanatic and I currently have at least ten different ones in my medicine cabinet.
