Tonight one of my most vibrant and vivacious friends, Sara, invited me out for a night of revelry at Rose Bar. She is friends with Diego Garcia, the lead singer of the indie band Elefant that was performing tonight so we had an in at the legendary louche hangout spot. I generally like my events from 7-9PM so I can be back at home by 11 at the latest, back on my computer working or watching a NetFlix. Despite my late night aversion and not getting home until 2:30, I had a fantastic time. What can I say? I’m a granny at heart.
